Concierge Real Estate’s office is located at 416 Boston Post Road (Rte. 20) in Sudbury, MA. After working twenty years for large real estate firms, Susan Vingiano decided it was time to start her own company. Concierge Real Estate was founded with the idea of providing dedicated, personal service to our clients. It is a small, local company committed to giving buyers and sellers direct contact with a real estate professional of their choice. There is no office prompt to contend with, no dial-by-name directory or administrative assistant to handle your call. We just simply list our agent’s cell number and personal email. Our real estate signs have the agent’s name prominently displayed along with their cell numbers. It is the agent first and the company second.

 

We are well-aware that a client’s experience is directly related to the service provided from the personal interaction with our agent, not the company. The mission of our business is limited to bringing buyers and sellers together to achieve their goals in either selling their home or buying their dream home. We’re not interested in selling add-on services like insurance or mortgages. It is our hope that once our clients discover the undivided attention we strive to give each and every one of our clients, they will gladly refer us to family, friends and neighbors.
